Jonathan Tulloch

Community builder and entrepreneur who believes that dignity, opportunity, and practical support can change lives. As the founder of Turtle Island Guardian Alliance (TIGA), he connects partners across housing, food security, community farming and training, and youth sport access to deliver results that matter day to day.

Raised in Northern Ontario and shaped by lived experience, Jonathan carries a deep commitment to second chances and shared success. He speaks with service providers, Elders, parents, and youth to design solutions that are simple to access and accountable to outcomes.

Under his leadership, TIGA is advancing programs that relieve poverty and advance education, including a planned non‑profit housing initiative, the Community Farming & Training program, Sport Access Subsidies, and PAD—an education‑through‑sport model delivered with community partners.

Jonathan is also the driving force behind Happy Neighbour Group (HNG) that supports regenerative, community‑rooted projects. Across all ventures, his philosophy is consistent: listen first, act with integrity, and build pathways that last.
